My career spans managing institutional investment portfolios at multinational asset managers and serving for over a decade as Chief Risk Officer(CRO) at a federally regulated financial institution in Canada. In those roles, I wasn't just balancing books - I was overseeing billions in assets, assessing risk, and making strategic decisions in real time. This experience taught me a simple truth: accurate numbers matter, but insight, clarity, and context are what truly drive success.
