Service Fees
Professional service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, as outlined in the signed engagement letter.
Prepaid Services
If services have not yet commenced, clients may request a refund for any prepaid amounts, less administrative costs incurred, via the Contact Us page.
Digital Products
If applicable, digital downloads or templates are non-refundable after delivery.
